Information to Drilling Support Systems and JB Well Solutions customers

JB Well Solutions AS (JBWS) purchased in 2014 the company Drilling Support Systems AS (formerly Axon Norway AS and Hitec Products Drilling AS) including the associated IP rights and inventories.

The purpose of the acquisition was to offer Drilling Support System AS existing customers portfolio support on delivered products as well as offer JBWS and DSS products and services to these customers in the future.

Drilling Support Systems (DSS) has recently moved all activities to Hålandsvegen 28, 4344 Bryne, Norway. and is now located together with JB Well Solutions (JBWS). At the same time Gisle Ødemotland have taken over position as Managing Director also for DSS and is now in charge of both companies. The facilities at Bryne is c++ ides now extended to more than 2000m² workshop facilities and 500 m² with offices giving us a good foundation for further expansion.

We will continue to support existing and new customers and support/service to already delivered products. JB Well Solutions will also be single point of contact for all support and service for DSS manufactured products. We have service personnel that will travel worldwide.

DSS is now a daughter company and fully owned by JBWS and there is not any other external shareholders.
